Before Installing the application, please note that:
1. You should have vTiger version 5.2.1 or above.

2. You should have your access key ready. The access key is found in the User Advanced Options box of User preferences page when you login to your vTiger web interface.

3. The application works on Open Source version of vTiger and does not support vTiger On-demand.
